Küçük Gevil Koyu indents to the north on the northern part of Gulf of Sığacık. The bottom is sand and weed. This bay efforts good sheltering but it is open to northerly and southerly blowing winds.
Küçük Gevil Koyu is a narrow bay. It is always best to take a line ashore for overnight anchorages. Boats anchor off in 4 – 5 meters.
Impressive caves at the entry on the port side are visible.
Büyük Gevil Koyu

Büyük Gevil Koyu indents to the northwest orientation on the northern part of Gulf of Sığacık. Sand band at entry is easily identified from the distance. The bottom is weed and sand. This bay efforts good sheltering except from southerlies. The shore is sandy beach.
Drop anchor in 4-5 meters and swing or take a line ashore from the west if you are staying at night.
