Marina di Stabia is the port of Castellammare di Stabia, a town located in the center of Naples, reached via the A3 (exit Castellammare di Stabia). As all the Campania region, including Castellammare di Stabia enjoys a Mediterranean climate, therefore very mild, and the structure of Marina di Stabia it is one of the most important in Europe for tourist boats.
The Marina di Stabia is a huge new marina situated on the E side of the Bay of Naples two miles N of the harbour of Castellammare di Stabia and 14 miles SE of the commercial port of Naples. The marina has two basins, a small northern basin with a boatyard, lift-out point and technical area, and a large southern basin with over 800 berths for yachts of up to 75 metres. Shelter here is excellent in all conditions.
Marina di Stabia has over 1400 seats for tourist boats with a length up to 100 meters, and having a maximum depth of 6 meters height is not suitable for cruise ships. The boats are mainly used sailing and motor, and the waters of this port are traditionally very quiet.
Marina staff will assist with berthing if contacted in advance. Yachts berth on laid moorings on 16 pontoons and associated quays. Depths on the pontoons range from 3.5 to 6.0 meters.
