Patriça Koyu is on the west of İğneli Koyu on the northern part of Alibey Adası. This is a large bay on the NE of Alibey Adası, also known as Gokçeliman. It provides good shelter.
The bay shelves to the shore from the long distance. Boats drop anchor in 3 – 4 meters and swing. Patriça Koyu affords all – round shelter but, it is open to southeast.
The shore along with its nice beach is populated with summer residential houses and touristic settlements. There is a road connection to the town center of Alibey Adası.
