Torba is the prettiest natural port between Zeytinli and Bozburun Points on the northern part of Bodrum peninsula. The bottom is sand in general. A breeze can blow down the hills and creates bothersome swell in the bay. Torba is a popular holiday town and resort located on the north east coast of Bodrum peninsula and 5 km from the central Bodrum. It is one the closest resort to central Bodrum. Torba is located on a beautiful cove and surrounded with green lands full of pine and olive trees.

Torba is the place where peace hides from noise. It is located on the northeast tip of the peninsulain a sheltered cove.Torba being a part of the sheltered harbor, is a famous and peaceful spot where yachtsmen stop by and local fishermen unload their daily catch. The calm and peaceful atmosphere and easy access to Bodrum, have made this place quite popular. Small motels, bars and private sunbathing jetties line the long shore.

Torba is located on a protected cove so that even on the windy days, the cove and the beach is calm. The fishing boat harbour is located on the western side of Torba Bay. From the Voyage Resort and beach, walk north along Atatürk Caddesi past all of the small hotels, restaurants and jetties until you reach the fishing boat harbour. Here you’ll find the fishing boat offering day trips, along with a large collection of boats operated by the local fisherman.

There is a shelter for fishing boats on the NW side of the bay has 3 – 4 m by the inner part of the mole, which decreases as you go further into the harbour. You can drop your anchor in the depths of 5 – 10 meters and swing. Boats can go stern-to the outside of the mole in 6 – 10 meters, and take a line ashore.

Two thousands five hundred years old Leleg remains and the round shaped Leleg mausoleum, 15 m in diameter are worth seeing. The Torba Leleg Mausoleum gate as one of the hidden trasures of Bodrum, with a narrow corridor and round shaped mausoleum structure is really interesting. The mausoleum courtyard with paint still remaining to stir the imagination, is an interesting example with itsnarrow pedestal.
